    Easy to setup, easy to use

    Got this to secure my Lectric XP 4.0 bike and my wifes Lectric XP2.0 trike to our RV while camping. The 5 ft. cable was just barely long enough to secure both bikes to the trailer. It’ll work, but I wished there was an option for a longer cable. Aside from this I like not having yet another key to put on the key chain to unlock the bikes.

    Heavy duty for sure. I used it on my fence gate. I took one star off due to the design of the combo numbers. They should have a door slide over them to not be exposed to the rain and elements. I don’t know if they will rust in time once the water gets into the mechanism.

    Very Heavy Duty Tough Lock with Dual Mechanism

    This bicycle lock looks very tough and durable.The steel construction lock with the weight of 38.25oz has dual lock system, either by 4 digit numbers or a high security key.The key has laser cut patterns which is tougher to pick than ordinary blade styles.To remove the U shape metal bar is simple. Just align the 4 numbers you set, or insert the key, and push the release button at the bottom.It pops and comes out from the lock base completely so it’s better to hold both parts securely, or you may drop the U bar on the ground. To close, simply insert the both tips of the U bar into the base and move the numbers or remove the key.Its size is about the average. You can secure your bicycle by putting the bar through the frame or tires and connect with any immovable thing such as bicycle racks or parking meter poles.This also comes with a 5 feet steel wire cable with vinyl coating. It is useful if you need more length to go around and connect everything you want to secure.The lock holder is also very sturdy. It is just like a large heavy duty zip tie. Two bands can be tied to the frame below the saddle and the lock can be attached to it. It locks in securely so it won’t fall out while riding. The push button will release the lock.Overall, it is a tough bicycle lock that is easy to use with affordable price and dual lock system for convenience.

    Perfect size d lock combination and value

    I bought two of these. The d lock is the perfect size to fit through the rear frame and wheel. Coupling the cable to it and through the front wheel. Again perfect length. Isn’t too long and so excess hanging down or making it easier for someone to try to remove it. Would def recommend for the money.

    Fijate en el tamaño antes de comprar

    El candado en U se siente como debería, fuerte y duro, aunque en la cerradura se siente un poco de holgura, es mínima. Es más pequeño de lo que esperaba, ese fue error mío por no checar lo que necesitaba y guiarme en el precio nada más.A pesar de se eso, si ya tienes un candado en U principal, este es el complemento perfecto. La mejor configuración que encontré para mi, fue ponerlo en la llanta de atrás alcanzando a engancharse a ella y una parte del Cuadro y con la extensión hacer que pase en la llanta de enfrente. Si lo pongo en la llanta de enfre solo seria ahí, ya que por si solo en candado en U, no alcanza para cubrir la llanta delantera y el cuadro.Me gusta que tenga un soporte para llevar el candado y amarrado la extensión ocupa muy poco espacio, al tener que poner el soporte de forma lateral por el movimiento que hace para meterse, me fue bien ya que no estorba con el candado que ya tenia y quedan bien.Lo único que no me gusta es que el sistema de cerradura no deja quitar la llave si tienes el candado abierto.
