    You might need spacers

    Used this to go from a 160 to 180 mm rotor on my rear brake. I had to shorten the brake cable housing and stack 2 1 mm spacers in order for it to work.Without the spacers, the top of the brake rotor was rubbing the disk brake.

    Does not fit as advertised

    The part – DS-02 does not fit as advertised. I installed it today after I received it and it does not fit properly. These adapters are supposed to fit without the use of spacers (washers) between the caliper and the adapter mount but I will need to put one washer under each side of the caliper in order for this adapter to accommodate the clearance needed for a rear 180mm rotor. I wanted to order a Shimano but I wanted to ride this weekend. So I’ll have to use washers and order a proper Shimano adapter so it is properly installed. I am aware that I take a chance with these off-brand mtb parts but if you make it, it should fit as advertised.

    Quality piece but out frt with a 203mm disc ….

    Quality piece (but heads up peeps) out frt with a 203mm disc you will need spacers and a longer fastener to make it work ! maybe with different calipers its not an issue idk, just be aware.I stepped up from 160mm but maybe if yur going from 180’s with different calipers it’s no biggie idk ?So the 5/16″ nut i used as a spacer has a bit of wedge filed in to one side to make it a perfect fit.

    For 203mm adapter, needed washer to move caliper slightly outward.

    Nice looking bracket with no included bolts. Had to move caliper outward as in picture with thick washers otherwise it hit the disc. Working good now, but this should be fixed, or spacers provided if it is a specific problem with certain calipers / rotors in combination.

    No problem adapting rear 180 centerline rotors and Bb7 on IS tabs. Good product, great value
