Can hold smaller bottles securely
This a bottle holder that clamps to the bicycle frame.Installation was easy and the clamp was big enough to attach to the large frame on my bike.Basically, you just slide the bottle into the holder, and it will be held securely with no chance of falling out.the holder is large enough to hold a bottle up to about 30 ounces but unfortunately it is not big enough to hold my 40-ounce insulated bottle. It just doesn’t fit.Quality is just OK. It’s made out of plastic so I think it could break if put under too much stress.Price is very good. these are very cheap.

Really liked it. Honestly, no regrets getting it over the blue brand. But I will say be careful because the needle to push a barb in can be bent if you squeeze too hard. So keep that in mind. I used mine to install stainless braided brake lines on my ebike

I’ve only used this hydraulic disc brake hose cutter tool twice so far, but it has performed very well both times. I don’t modify brake lines often, so I can’t speak to heavy long-term use, but the cuts were clean, precise, and made the entire process straightforward. A clean cut is important when working with hydraulic brake hoses, and this tool delivered exactly that. It’s easy to use and inspires confidence when making adjustments. This tool is made by Cyclists, and in my experience, most of their tools are solid and well thought out. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it to other riders and mechanics.

Perfect for the DIYer
Build quality for a mid tier product is solid.It’s made of plastic but plastic feels solid in your hands. Clamp and handle has groves, wish it was textured more but it’s usable.All of the pivot points are nicely fastened and their feedback spring feels good in your hand.It has a replacement blade for the line cutter, not all have it for whatever reasonI wouldn’t recommend this for the workshop but for the DYIer, it’s perfect. As long as you can find replacement bladesAt this price point, worth the investment, considering brake line shortening or repair costs 75-125 bucks in CA.E-bike or cyclist enthusiasts should have this tool. Solid Tool Quality but Missing Instructions Makes First Use Frustrating
I’ve had generally good experiences with “Cyclists” branded bike tools, so I was looking forward to trying this hydraulic disc brake hose tool. This is one area of bike maintenance I had not tackled before, so I was especially interested in having the right tool for the job.Out of the box, the first thing that stood out was the lack of any instructions or documentation—there wasn’t even a QR code or link to online resources. For a specialized tool like this, that was disappointing and made the initial use more difficult than it should be.In terms of build quality, the tool itself seems solid and well-made. It is labeled as being manufactured in Taiwan, and it feels durable and well-constructed in hand. The 2-in-1 hose cutter and driver design appears practical and thoughtfully engineered.Price-wise, it feels fair for what you get, especially considering the overall build quality. However, the missing instructions significantly reduce the ease of use for anyone not already experienced with hydraulic brake line work.Overall, good tool quality, but it really needs proper documentation to make it beginner-friendly and fully usable out of the box.

Quality, well-made and designed tool
I got this tool because I thought I was going to have to replace a hydraulic disk brake hose on my bike, but I ended up not needing to. So in lieu of a review of actual usage, I took a close look at the functionality and the verdict is that it looks like a well-designed and thoughtfully constructed tool.The mechanism that inserts the needle into the hose has smooth movement to it, and looks like it will hold up to years of use. The hose cutter looks to be adequate, although it would be nicer if the leverage of the handles was used to actuate it, versus a little guillotine mechanism you have to press down on with your fingers.The tool has a nice heft to it, and for the price, I think this is a great addition to any workbench where even just the rare annual tube replacement or repair is needed.I will be sure to report back when I end up having to use it, should I run into any issues.

a different type of tool
As i have never had to use a tool like this ( every bike i own is either a rim brake or wire pull disc brake)other tool like it, look like a blade on a jack screw. this on the other hand feels natural to me!i Have wire cutters that are shaped like it and they work great. ( one handed operation , verses two on some models)if all you have is the other kind of brake hose cutter, then i would say get this one and judge for your self!
