    Extremely uncomfortable pad

    Not sure for whom this pad is designed, but (as a female) the padding on this caused significant skin chafing and irritation. I used it for 2 bike rides and had to remove it from the bike shorts. The rear pads are too hard. I would not recommend this product.

    I used this to replace a worn pad insert in my bike shorts. Good fit and easy to place.

    I bought this gel pad seat cushion to insert into my padded riding shorts. I am not impressed. It is so big that I almost think it’s for demonstration purposes. Not only does it not fit me but it doesn’t fit a large man either. What was the purpose of making this so big? Don’t waste your money. Don’t buy.
