Very short
The reliability of the lock is hard to evaluate due to the actual length of it. The product description doesn’t make it easy to find either. I returned this for something similar that was longer and allows me to protect most expensive asset of the ebike – the frame.

Defective Mounting Strap & No Spare or Replacement!
I actually wanted to give this product ZERO stars, but they don’t allow that. The plastic tie wrap supplied to mount the lock BROKE when attempting to install. It was just too brittle! Don’t they quality check their material? Guess NOT. Don’t bother to purchase this lock, unless you can sacrifice your bottle holder or carry the lock in your pocket!

Chain is too small
The the size of the chain is too small you can barely wrap it around your 4 inch wheel and anything else I had to buy a bit one that was bigger

Discrete and convenient
This is my first folding bike lock. I will likely not go back to chains. Mounting on the storage harness was a bit tricky for me. This item came with tightening straps and screws. It still worked out well as my bike frame is thicker than most. I’m very pleased with the final result.

Cheap price and cheap straps
It does not weight a lot and it is very compact which is the main two reason I bought it. But, it is annoying that I have to strap my bike at a particular angle or else the lock will not connect and lock. Besides that the other downside is that the straps are cheap. As I was trying to install my bike holder onto my bike one of the plastic straps snapped.
