Took 3 weeks to arrive, but so simple to install, a bit pricey for what it is. Material is aluminium, not plastic, looks to be anodised, so should resist galvanic corrosion from contact with a steel tube, but I would grease it anyway to be safe.

Use Calipers to measure before use.
I bought this a weeks back and just opened it to use. The ID was perfect at 27.2mm. When I slid the sleeve in the bike tube, it rattled. When I measured (caliper) the OD it was 30.3mm. Unfortunately, I ordered a 30.6 OD. It is stamped 30.6 OD but is 3mm thin. Is it a QA issue? I don’t know.
