    will work, you need to be a little bit mechanically inclined.

    Like the other reviewer said, the machining is off a bit. If you tighten one bolt first then there is no way to get the second one threaded. Whereas if you were to thread both bolts at the same time and tighten them a down in alternating fashion, the mechanical leverage provided will spread the holes and make things work.that said, the adaptor is solid. The price is the cheapest around and does what I needed. It’s not Shimano quality, but I’m also not paying Shimano prices.

    Worked fine on my 2010 Trek mountain bike.

    The frame has the IS disc mounts, the Shimano M355 brakes I bought were not IS mount, this adapter did exactly what I needed it to do – it allowed me to mount my brakes onto my frame.

    Decent, but no instructions

    Absolutely zero instruction or identification on which end is up/out/front/back/side. A bit of googling and looking at my other bike allowed me to get the adapter installed/aligned. Seems a decent build quality. Will let you know if I d!e on my first ride with the new brake mount.
