Good for BMX bikes, not mountain bikes?
I’m giving this a positive review because it seems like a fine/quality part. I say this because the plastic that it is made of seems sturdy, and the screw that came with my sample seem to be stainless, not cheaper metal material. Beyond that, I cannot assess the product because it did not fit my daughter’s bike. She has a 21 speed huffy mountain bike with 24 inch wheels, the screw spacing on her sprocket is not the same as this part so they are not compatible. If you are able to confirm fitment prior to purchase, it will probably prove to be a durable replacement for a broken guard.

A unbreakable chain guard.
I got this chain guard because my other one broke when I had my accident. It’s funny how this was the only thing to break nothing else going thirty plus miles an hour. I noticed this guard will not break because it is really flexible. A great price for a quality item. It fit right on no problems and the installation was easy.

Guard does the job at a low price
This is a decent guard at a great price. It’s made of lightweight plastic, but should do the job. At first, I thought the holes weren’t spaced correctly…but that was my inexperience with bicycle parts. As long as you have a 42 tooth outer gear, it will fit.
