Works fine, a little awkward to install.
It is a little awkward to install but works fine. I have it installed on my Terratrike behind the seat. It is a little small for this but would work fine as advertised being a handlebar bag. It hold my basic bike repair tools and my wallet and keys, everything I need a little bag for.

I recently received this 3.1L bike handlebar bag to attach to my mountain bike for our weekend rides. Between riding with my husband and trying to keep track of supplies for our three children, I desperately needed accessible, weatherproof storage right on my handlebars so I wouldn’t have to constantly wear a heavy backpack.The physical construction of this bag is outstanding. The 3-point Velcro mounting system is incredibly secure; once I strapped it to the handlebars and the head tube, the bag didn’t bounce, sag, or rub against the front tire at all, even when navigating bumpy dirt paths alongside my five-year-old. The 1680D Oxford fabric is thick and genuinely waterproof. We got caught in a sudden light drizzle, and the water beaded right off, keeping my smartphone and fabric wallet completely dry inside.The 3.1L interior capacity is the perfect sweet spot—it is spacious enough to hold my phone, keys, a repair kit, and multiple juice boxes, yet compact enough that it doesn’t make the bike feel front-heavy. The large top zipper opens smoothly with one hand, allowing me to easily reach in and grab a snack for my three-year-old while straddling the bike. Additionally, the side mesh pockets are surprisingly deep and feature tight elastic, securely gripping a small tube of sunscreen and a pack of wipes without them bouncing out.I am rating this handlebar bag 5 out of 5 stars. The rock-solid mounting system, the truly waterproof exterior, and the highly accessible storage perfectly justify the flawless score. Furthermore, the detachable shoulder strap is a brilliant touch, allowing me to instantly unclip the bag and wear it as a crossbody purse when we lock the bikes up to go to the park. It is an exceptionally well-designed accessory that effortlessly handles the demands of active family cycling.

Good but an unfortunate design problem.
The bag is made of good material and has room for much of what I might want to access quickly and easily. The design of the bag seems to be a bit “off”. If you attach the bag with the two rings on the ends of the bag it hangs nice and tight to the handle bars but the opening to the bag is also tight against the handlebars making access to the zipper a real headache. It would work much better if the opening was reversed and access to the zipper was on the outer edge instead of the inner edge of the top. I attached it to my handlebars by the strap attached to the back of the bag to help expose the zipper a little bit better. Overall just an awkward design that could be very nice if the opening opened from the front top instead of against and nearly under the handlebar. Oh, and no, the design is not made to be mounted reversed since use of the elastic cording on the bag front would be inaccessible.

Flexible handlebar bag for biking adventures
This is a pretty roomy bag for bike mounting, with a shoulder strap for taking it away from the bike. Note that the bottle in the pictures is not included, but you can get a range of options for your backup beverage. The elastic on the side/bottom is convenient for a smaller beverage container, a tripod as they show it, or even a spare shirt.At $27 it’s a fair price for what seems to be a pretty sturdy bag. I’m looking forward to using it more as I get the bike out more this summer/fall.

Possibly better for some road bikes than mountain bikes
This is a great large handlebar bag that reminds me of a mini duffle bag. It is rounded and will hold a lot. Unfortunately, it is not very sturdy and the zipper pull strap broke the first time we used it. It doesn’t seem to work well on mountain bikes, getting in the way of some of the brakes, etc. It would definitely work better on road bikes because of how the handlebars are positioned. It has a lot of potential for bringing a few tools and even room for a replacement tire if needed.

This is a very versatile, well-made, waterproof bag. At under $30, it is an excellent value.PROS:-Versatility! The bag comes with two straps to quickly and easily attach the bag to bike handle bars. It also has a shoulder strap for use as a shoulder or cross body bag. Additionally, my Mom will be undergoing knee replacement surgery in a few weeks and we tested this bag on the cross bar of the walker. It attached to that very well and will provide her with an easy way to transport a water bottle, her phone, a chap stick, and even a light jacket attached via the bungee on the bottom. She will also be able to attach small items via a carabiner on the front if needed.-Organization. The main compartment has a zipper section that is perfect for a phone. It will not fit jumbo phones but my iPhone 17 Pro fit perfectly. The pouches on the ends are perfect to store small items such as keys, chapstick, small lotion bottles, etc. The bungee on the bottom is great for narrow items such as a small tire pump or light weight jacket. The loops on the front also add functionality by allowing multiple items to attach via a carabiner clip.-Build quality. The material is nice and thick and repels water. It seems very durable. All the zippers work well and the zipper on the main compartment is waterproof (see last photo).CONS:-None. If this changes in the future, I will update this review.

Extremely well-made bag
My first impression was that this bag is exceptionally well made and noticeably higher quality than the average generic bag.The fabric feels thick and solid with multiple layers acting together to ensure it keeps its shape. I like the contrast between the thick dark outside fabric and the soft and bright inside fabric which also makes it easy to find things inside. The zipper adds a neat visual touch as it’s covered with black rubber that makes it almost completely disappear once zipped. I did not test this but based on the construction it does look waterproof.The bag is easy to attach to the handlebar with two webbing straps that each have a convenient quick-release buckle.The storage capacity is enough for a small water bottle, phone, keys, and a few snacks. It comes with a shoulder strap made of the same type of webbing and once attached, it works pretty well as a small shoulder bag.Overall, very happy with this bag.
