    I am not sure if this was just a defect or what, but it would not seat properly onto the lockring I was needing to remove. I have always had good luck with Bikehand products so this was a bit disappointing. I returned it.

    solid choice for the home mechanic

    it’s a solid tool for the money if it’s what you need. I bought this for a. bafang ultra motor to remove the chain ring locking. It did not fit for this purpose. But it will work on what it is designed for. It’s a little pricey, but it’s a solid tool. I’m a professional bike mechanic so I’m pretty picky when it comes to tools for the home mechanic it’s not bad.
