Great Bike Chain Cleaning Kit – Effective and Worth It!
I was really impressed with this bike chain cleaning kit! The degreaser is super effective—you can literally see the dirt and grime dripping off as soon as you spray it on. It made cleaning the chain a lot easier than I expected.The chain cleaner brush was a little tricky to use on bikes with multiple gears, but it worked great on single-gear bikes. The gear hook and gear brush were definitely standout tools—they got into all the tough, hard-to-reach spots and pulled out a ton of gunk I didn’t even realize was there.The only downside was that the kit didn’t come with any instructions, which might be frustrating if you’re new to bike maintenance. I ended up checking the Amazon photos for guidance, and once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty straightforward.Overall, I really like this product—it does a solid job, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how smooth my bike runs. Highly recommend!

Quality chemicals and tools that will get the job done
The Good:-Foaming degreaser (much easier to apply to parts)-Includes common cleaning brushes-Includes large quantity of lubricantThe OK:-Microfiber towel is lower quality (does the job)-Wet lubricant (easy to apply but sticks to dirt, better in wet weather)-Brushes are lower quality (still work fine just not as robust as others I’ve used)-No bag/case (these can be nice to have if it’s your first kit but not a deal breaker)The Bad:-NothingIf you’re looking for a basic bike cleaning/maintenance kit this guy offers most everything you’d need to get started. Comes with wet lubricant which is very easy to apply thoroughly but can stick to dirt and make your next cleaning more work. Degreaser is one of the better products I’ve used; very easy to apply when using foaming mode and cleans well. Kit includes common brushes for dealing with the cassette and narrow spots but just taking it off the rear wheel does a lot better job. Chain cleaning brush is average but not a great substitute for the automatic options. Microfiber is lower quality but it gets the job done, you’ll probably stick to disposable rags for most cleaning but occasionally you’ll need one of these. Overall, it’s a fine basic kit and if you just need the degreaser and a functional wet lubricant it will more than meet your needs. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if the best cleaning tools are you’re goal.

Excellent set. Good cleaning solution & lubricant
This is a great complete chain cleaning set. The different brushes are perfect for scrubbing the chain and getting in the gaps on the sprocket cassette.I applied one coat of cleaning solution to my chain and sprockets / chainwheel, let it dwell for a couple minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed with water twice.After drying the chain, I applied a light-moderate amount of the included PTFE lubricant to the chain and turned the chain a few times to distribute it.After I finished, my bike ran extremely smooth and quiet and felt brand new.Make sure to cover your work area with lots of paper towels or rags to catch all the dirt as you’re cleaning.Overall this set should last at least 15-20 maybe more) cleaning sessions – other than the single disposable glove, which is a strange item to include, since it’s one-time use.Happy with this set and would recommend it to anyone that needs to clean up a dirty/rusted chain.
