    The kit arrived ahead of schedule. It is as described, has all the tools required. It is made of thin material, could be made stronger; pretty flimsy. Does the job.

    It works but could be better

    I found the rubber parts to be easily damaged as I was using this, it also grabbed the chain a few times which is rather disconcerting when your hand gets pulled towards a gear sprocket. It did clean the chain, but I think next time I’ll just submerge the chain in degreaser and hit it with a brush.

    Terrible construction ==> very difficult to use

    I purchased an identical looking bike chain cleaner back in 2017 and it worked great all these years until it recently broke. I bought this chain clear as a replacement, which I’m now regretting!The 3-piece plastic chain cleaner assembly’s construction is HORRIBLE! I had to remove leftover plastic gunk from two of the main parts and still they don’t fit together well at all. It’s also very difficult to slide the arm over the top and bottom pieces, and even more difficult to take them apart afterward.To make matters worse, when I spin the chain it gets stuck repeatedly. Really difficult to spin it through the cleaner.I would NOT recommend this product!

    Crummy chain cleaner

    This thing is a totally cheap non-functioning crummy device. Save your money by not buying this thing.

    Works surprisingly well

    Although this product looks like a cheap knock off design it works surprisingly well. It lacks written instructions but using common sense and a bit of igenuity, I used Muc-Off Drivetrain Cleaner insted of detergent, the chail was pretty clean within 3 or four passes.The brushes work well especially the long narrow one for cleaning the cassette, it really get itno those tricky spots well.Good value for money when used with a bit of thought.
