    Stock post was too tall, so we bought a new one

    This post was the same height as the one that came on my sons bike. He needed something a little shorter to be able to get on the seat comfortably. This was affordable enough that I could use the grinder to cut part of the post, which actually worked perfectly. It fit on the seat great and I’ve had no issues with the quality. Shame they don’t sell shorter posts for this purpose, though.

    Not A Good Replacement

    I wanted this post to replace the seat and post on a mountain bike. I thought I was ordering the correct diameter post. I failed to see the marking on the original post that indicated it was 27.2mm. There is nothing wrong with this post as long as the receiving tube is 25.4mm.

    My son got this for his bike. It does what is supposed to do perfectlyBut don’t forget to measure the circumstances of the bike before you purchase for a correct fit

    Doesnt fit, don’t waste your time. Was using on a girls 16″ bike.
