I have a basic indoor spin bike which has accumulated over 6000 miles. In that time, I’ve had to replace the bearings twice. I discovered that a bottom bracket kit from Sunlite is a perfect replacement for the OEM bottom bracket assembly. The specific Sunlite set I use is the 24TPI/68 mm kit. It comes with two caged ball bearing sets, but also 2 ball bearing cups, 2 cones and a locking washer set. Since it is the caged bearings that wear out first, the other parts go unused.Although the product page for these Gaoekoius Bicycle Crank Ball Bearings make no mention of compatibility with any exercise bikes, the description of the bearings themselves gave me hope they would be compatible and allow me to refurbish my bike without accumulating excess parts. Turns out they ARE a perfect match, and they will allow me to keep my exercise bike in running condition at a dirt cheap price.The bearings themselves are nicely packaged in a plastic case and come pre-lubed with some sort of clear bearing grease. A great value for a set of 4 cages, which should be good for another 4-6000 miles, health permitting!

Nice packaging but rough machining makes these suitable for emergency repairs only
These bearings leave a bit to be desired, but they’ll do in a pinch for emergency repairs. They arrived pregreased in a flat clamshell package, nicely laid-out for inspection. My issue with them is that the surfaces aren’t particularly well-machined; some of the ball-bearings have a rough, almost unfinished texture and several of the contact areas between the balls and the retainer are irregular and cause binding during movement. They’re fine for an emergency kit if they’re all you have, but I wouldn’t rely on these for any kind of longterm use.

This is a a little hard review because I bought these for reasons very counter to their designed use.I bought these to have durable, cheap fidgets for my boys.They need something to fidget with fairly constantly. These are tough, small, inexpensive… while also being quiet and offering a few different fidget methods… while totally NOT being a fidget toy.We cleaned off the manufacturing/transport oils and they are happy with them as unconventional fidgets.

Good quality set of crank ball bearings.
I’m restoring an old BMX bike with my son. this crank bearing set worked great. Does come somewhat lightly greased but I applied the correct amount of grease when installing. Ball bearings are of good quality they were neatly packed and did not rattle. Highly recommend!!!
