A headache.
Not only was there no instructions, but some of the bars bend differently from the same bar on the other side causing it to sit crooked. I literally had to manually correct them the for the rack to sit straight. Honestly, I still don’t know if I have it on there correctly since there were no instructions, but it is working properly.

Unstable rack
The design is flawed as the rack is fastened by two rods connect to each other. But the connectors are not strong enough. You can hard put on anything to the rack. It falls apart very fast. I tried a few times to strengthen the connections but did not work well. Definitively not a good buy

Best for the Price
I did an extensive research on quality, weight support, affordability, size, fit/connectivity, etc. On paper, this was the best. I got it with no instructions, but all you need is your common sense. Very easy to install. I had to drill a hole to the upper adapter, but I knew I had to and it was extremely easy. Once installed, the stability, rigidity, and effectiveness is amazing. I don’t like to rate anything an 5, but this item is outstanding.
