    Bueno, resistente pero poco práctico para cerrarlo

    La resistencia es buena. Supongo que no debe ser nada sencillo el cortarlo, pues se siente con un buen espesor. Mi única queja es que no es fácil de cerrar, pues se necesita meter la llave, ponerla en posoción de abierto y luego meter el otro extremo, atinarle al espacio donde esta el hoyito y después cerrar con la llave. Me abría gustado tener una función de “click” o algo por el estilo.

    Good lock, but the bracket is designed for bikes with relatively thin round frames

    This lock is quite sturdy for the price, and the locking mechanism and key seem relatively durable. Being able to fold it away for easy transport is great. The reviews for other locks said that their “caddies” would let the lock slide out due to momentum/vibration, but this one has an elastic strap that hooks around the lock to avoid that issue.The main issue I had was with the plastic bracket/holder. The side that attaches to the frame of the bike is molded to go around a thin cylindrical bike frame, such that if it is put against a flat surface such as mount points on a Juiced Scrambler, there is a large gap and the mounting screw will not be able to attach the bracket to the bike. The lock did come with straps as an alternative attachment mechanism, but they did not look like they would be of much help, and the lock is quite heavy so I did not want to rely on straps. I ended up having to carefully chip the plastic down so that the mounting hole was flush with the bike frame. It wasn’t pretty, but the roughed-up part is not visible after attachment, so it worked out alright, after a lot of effort.So, if your mount point on your bike is not round and thin, do not buy this lock model.The company should redesign the bracket so that the round-frame-hugging part is a detachable component instead of being part of the bracket’s mold, then they could actually market this as a “bike / ebike / moped” lock.

    Nice lock!

    Very compact and easy to use. As with any lock if low life’s want it they will get it,but it’s a deterrent if your bike is in sight.
