This is a well built, sturdy, beefy tire stand. You can let the tire spin or lock it, I’ve grinded tires by simply letting the tire spin but keeping slight pressure on the tire with my knee. No need to spend $3000 on a tire machine

Very poor quality
Box was destroyed because of poor packaging had one piece of packing paper. Mfg quality is very poor ( see pics) had to shim the bottom upright bracket so it would tighten up and not wobble. The three 1/4” bolts that hold the hub onto the shaft had to be shimmed out because they didn’t machine weld on end shaft so wheel wobbled when grinding. This stand cost way to much for the poor quality of manufacturing.. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
