Very sturdy and not likely to be cut away and good mount to keep it on the frame, but kind of hard to maneuver when not using on a bike stand, or wanting to share security with another bike. Heavy if not using the mount.0

Very noisy over anything but smooth pavement
Mounted the 5700 uGrip on my road bike, went out for a ride and two things happened: 1) It rattles over small bumps and uneven ground and 2) I bunny hopped to get over a puddle and the center bars popped out of the holder. The holder has a spring loaded clamp (u-grip) and while it held secure, it doesn’t encircle the bars. It was still attached, but the clamp arms only hold the bars on the outside of the folded unit—The inner bars can pop out if jarred.I don’t lock my bike up over night outside or leave it unattended, anywhere but I discovered that this unit has one fatal and absolutely unacceptable flaw—it can be opened in literally two seconds with a metal shim. I liked that the lock was very strong. Did not like that I had to break open the lock by calling a locksmith. Remember to take picture of your key with the code in case you lose your keys!!

Ottima catena per bici tradizionale o elettrica.Bello come si ricompatta e monta sul telaio.Purtroppo la mia e-bike bianchi ha un punto di montaggio un po’ basso e ho dovuto tenerlo “a testa in giù” ed è leggermente meno comodo della posizione ottimale, ma sempre funzionale.Corto, non adatto a legare la bici o scooter a pali della luce, ma assolutamente adatto a bloccare la ruota posteriore o fissato intorno a ruota e rastrelliera per bici.
