Got this set because my kids Mongoose the crank bearings were practically disintegrating. This kit had the exact bearing I needed and fit perfectly. Didn’t take much to get them replaced and the bike now feels like new when pedaling. These are a wallet saver for sure and will help keep your bike cruising for plenty more years to come!

Useful Assortment, but Not All Sizes Are Standard
This kit is handy if you work on a mix of bikes, but it’s worth knowing that the sizes included aren’t the typical headset or hub standards you see on most modern bikes. Some of the ball diameters are familiar, like the 6.35 mm bearings used in certain hubs, but many of the OD/ID combinations don’t match common cup dimensions and are more generic replacement sizes. The retainers themselves are decent quality and fit cleanly when you do find a match. For older or oddball bikes, it’s nice having a range on hand, but for standard repairs you’ll want to double check measurements before assuming these will drop in. Still 5 stars, just be aware of what you are buying.

Nice well made bearings and lots of them
So unsure what size all of our bikes would use we have two adult bikes one small adult bike and one large kid bike so I got an assortment, they’re all well made turn easily no bearings are falling out and rattling around in the packages they’re all very well lubricated even though you can’t see that in the picture it was very difficult to open the little Ziploc with my slippery fingers , I don’t see any corrosion on any of them Great products I’m very happy with them I only wish I would have went out and measured to find out that all those different size bikes use the exact same size bearing which is the one that I took the picture of with measurements, but I will find a use for the other ones at some point I’m sure.

This is a lot of ball bearing sets. I used a couple to rebuild a headset on a vintage bike, and they are working fine. I would say the qaulity mathes the price.

I needed to replace the nearly frozen crank bearings on a 40 year old, rusty, very neglected bicycle (see picture) and there isn’t a bicycle shop in the small town where I live. This package had the bearings I needed and a few extras for any other bicycle projects I find. (see assortment in picture.)

Didn’t work on my bicycle.
I got this because it came with several different sizes of bearings, and I just figured one of the sizes would surely work in replacing the old bearings on my steering tube. I was surprised that none of them where even close to fitting. The bearings came separated by size, and where sealed in small bags. The bearings have some grease on them which is good to protect them from rust, and help them to function well. Just make sure to measure the size you need first, and don’t assume one of the many sizes will work like I did. This is a great value if your bicycle are able to use these sizes.
