    Perfect fit. Great value.

Works great on my 2025 Fox 38 fork. Did not mess up the black anodizing at all. Well worth the money.

    Topcap socket for Fox Fork

I snagged this Muutuol socket to work on my boys’ bikes. I have 3 boys who ride and we are always working on something. This was a nice additional to our kit. It is machined out of aluminum and the inside is smooth and well machined so it does not marr the caps at all or round them over. I like the knurling on the outside of the socket tool so you can easily spin it by hand. We use a 3/8 torgue wrench and this fit on perfectly. I am glad I snagged this. I like the color as well. I am not sure if it is adonized or not but this finish is really nice!

    Good value

    Does the job

    Great tool

This is a good quality socket specifically made for the shallow top caps of Fox forks. Because of the shallow top caps, you can’t use a regular chamfered sockets, so this type of specialized tool is mandatory. All large bicycle tool manufacturers make them, and this one is a very good value for a quality tool. The fit is perfect on the top caps and you definitely need this to either service your fork or add/remove volume spacers.

Exact Fit That Made Fork Service Way Less Frustrating

I bought this MuuTuoL socket specifically for servicing my Fox 36 fork, and having the correct 32mm size has saved me from the awkward improvised methods I used previously, like trying to get a strap wrench to grip properly without slipping or marring the topcap finish. This socket fits snugly onto the cap with zero play, letting me apply consistent torque without worrying about rounding it off.The 3/8 inch ratchet drive has worked smoothly with my existing ratchet set, no compatibility issues or needing to buy additional adapters just to use this tool. Compatibility with the Float NA2 rebuild process has been accurate, matching up correctly with the specific cap dimensions on my 36 model without any looseness or wobble during use.Build quality feels solid, no flexing or stress marks on the socket itself even under firm torque needed to break the cap loose during service. It’s held up fine through a full fork service without any wear showing on the socket’s contact points. For anyone doing their own fork maintenance on compatible Fox models and tired of improvising with tools that weren’t designed for the job, this socket has made the process noticeably cleaner and less risky for the fork’s finish and threading.

Works. No issues. Great buy. But hole drilled for ratchet pin is off-center.

Works great on a Fox 36!Pros:Tolerances are good.Works without marring the fork (but be careful with placement).Cons:The hole drilled in the side to lock on the ratchet-head is misplaced. It’s not centered, so it barely holds. So…it works, and it’s not strictly necessary. But it’s lame they couldn’t center that hole on the flat face, where it belongs.Overall, much cheaper than Fox’s offering, and just as effective for occasional use!

Great Socket at a Reasonable Price

This is just like the Fox sockets, but at a much better price. With the ultra short head on your fork cap, you absolutely need a flat socket like this to avoid rounding and messing up your fork. One option is to grind down a regular socket, but the price of this socket makes it a better option. This even has the relieved corners to minimize the chances of damaging the hex on your fork.Tool is well-made and looks great.

Great tool Option for Fox Forks

This is a simple tool, but it’s exactly the right tool for the job if you work on Fox suspension forks. I purchased it for servicing a Fox 36 fork, and it fit the top cap securely without any slop or play. The machining is clean, and the tool feels solid enough to handle regular maintenance work. A proper socket like this is much easier and safer to use than trying to improvise with adjustable wrenches or other tools that can damage the top cap.I tested it during routine fork service and had no issues with fitment or performance. The 32mm size was accurate, engagement was positive, and it made removal and installation straightforward. The machining is top notch and left no marks on my fork nut.If you perform your own suspension maintenance on Fox 36, 38, or 40 forks, this is a useful specialty tool to keep in your toolbox. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and appears durable enough for years of occasional home mechanic use. The price is great, and I expect it to last for years.
