We lost a key for a unit in the process my son decided to use a screwdriver to pick old unit !Couldn’t find the right one but this worked just spliced the wires and there u go all you really need is signal wire this one works as should even comes with the other side handlebar grip !

Thumb throttle or grip twist?
My e bike came with a thumb throttle, which is several inches to the left of the right handle bar grip, in between is the brake lever and the shift lever. The reach to the thumb throttle is cumbersome. The half grip throttle solves that problem. However, the downside is that I must be careful and not accidentally twist the half throttle when !I am mounting or pushing the bike.

Works as advertised. I installed it on my ride1up Portola because I wanted to switch from a thumb throttle to a twist throttle.This is one of the only twist throttles I could find that could do that because it has female pins. Most twist bottles are male pins so you can’t easily switch.The ride was very smooth, no jerking, and the grip was very tight.

It arrived broken and it seems used. The cable is split in two and I think it’s not even the same cable, one has black, white and red and the other one black, blue and red cables on the inside.The throttle handle has major scratches, has one red cable sticking out and it’s all very sticky
