I have been using the Crank Brothers 3 hole cleats for about one month 400 to 500 miles. So far they show no signs of wear or any damage from walking. I’ve had egg-beaters on my indoor trainer simply to keep my shoes consistent. I love them on my mountain bike. The amount of float and grip they have is amazing. My wife started using the trainer and had trouble getting clipped in and with stability on the pedals. I have the Candy pedals installed. We added these to her shoes and the results were instant. She was clipping in with no problem and no longer complained about stability. I then added a pair to my shoes and wow, they made a huge difference, certainly not what I would not have expected. If you want to use eggbeaters on your road bike or indoor trainer with road style shoes you should add these.I should add I have road shoes that are both 2-screw and 3-screw (spd/spd-sl), so could mount the standard eggbeater cleat. If your shoes only have the 3-hole mount this adapter lets you use the eggbeater pedals with those shoes.

They work great
These work great for me. Dont walk on gravel, rocks will damage ewery part of the cleat and the shoe. Easy to clip in and out.

These were great and kept me from having to buy new shoes. One of the pieces came off during a ride so I have to find another.

Great product for the best “clip-less” pedals ever invented (EGGBEATER)
These just work.People gotta understand the BR@$$ cleats are designed to be softer than the steel parts to protect the pedals. Eggbeaters are designed to be as minimalist and re-buildable as possible.These interface with my favorite shoes and the cleats are as minimal as you can get.Nothing is perfect and everything eventually wears out,Some reviewers can’t fathom that these CLEATS would last much longer if they didn’t walk on concrete and asphalt in them. That’s not their designed purpose. These help you avoid ruining your cleats, but don’t last. Luckily I found a bunch on clearance for $6.35 and bought like 20.

Work Fine; Use Their Webside for Instructions
They work fine; I had to go to its website to figure out how to get around an apparent mental block I had on mounting the combination of the guard and the cleat. It was simple, really; I just lost valuable time that could have been saved if instructions for guard were visually better. Down one star because written instructions coming with any product should be as good as the maker’s website instructions.

FANSTIC ROAD PEDDLE CLIP AND CLEAT.
This really works well, particularly if you have the need for a little bit of float on the pedal it puts the power down. It’s extremely comfortable. It’s exceptionally light so you can have light pedals, light cleats consider considerably reducing your weight and giving you a really comfortable ride whether you’re riding it a low speed or racing speed. I’m surprised this is not more popular.

They make everything come together
I use Crank Brothers Candy pedals for my road bike, but want to stick with the more stiff/rigid sole of road shoes. These are exactly the bridge I need to make everything come together nicely. I’m on my 4th pair, only because they need to be replaced each time you get a new pair of shoes, as they won’t stay intact once they’re removed from the previous pair of shoes.NOTE: Walking in them is definitely more awkward than MTB shoes, but definitely less so than with road cleats.

Die Adapter passen perfekt wenn man Crank Brothers Pedale hat und nun Schuhe auf das entsprechende Klicksystem umbauen will.Ich nutze das Thema in einem Gravel Bike und bin sehr zufrieden.
