Broke as soon as I got it
One broke as soon as I tried to tighten it. The loops are way too rigid. It would be better if it was some kind of grippy durable strap, and not this plastic rigit loop.

Functionally they work, not sure if more solid than just using 70lb zip ties with an eyelet… prolly will hold up better to UV.Seem overpriced (for what they are).Next bike will have braze-ons for mounting a front rack.

Works better on oval-shaped tubes
If mounting this adapter to a fork with a round shape, I believe the largest diameter tube this adapter could fit while closing properly would be 1 inch (2.5 cm). If mounting this to a fork with an oval shape, this adapter would accommodate a greater variety of sizes, but the side/edge of the oval tube should not exceed 1 inch. I tried to mount this to my mountain bike’s fork, but the fork tube is too large and this adapter did not fit. As an experiment, I found this adapter mounts well to my gravel bike’s top tube, which has an oval shape. The adapter’s bolts do not align with the center of the tube, though. The bolts are offset and the twist mechanism is offset even farther, so I don’t think I could use these adapters to install a water bottle cage on my top tube because that cage would be shifted off-center so much my legs would contact it. Do I recommend the product? Yes, I think you could use these adapters for a water bottle cage or fender bosses on a fork with an oval shape.
