    Mismatched parts / corrected after return

    Left and right cranks not matched for “square” holes – drive side has corner up when holding vertical and left side has a side up. This does not match how shown on Amazon for the set. As result can’t mount cranks 180 degrees of each other. Drive side looks good and mounted easily but really don’t appreciate hassle of returning left and waiting for correct part. Would have just paid to order left separately but can’t find it yet. / Update after getting correct part: parts fit/work well. Had some concern about fit of cranks on tapered square ends of spindles on 1978 Raleigh Grand Prix – don’t seat down as far as originals but I think they will work (I am less than 150lb and bike converted to single speed to ride with wife on her Huffy one speed…). Changed rating from one star to composite (quality of service to get parts and quality of parts themselves) of 4 stars. Appears original delivery had drive side crank/sprocket for the correct 32 teeth part and the left crank for the 38 tooth set.

    Easy to pedal

    Seems very well built. I changed a 44 tooth sprocket to this 32 tooth sprocket. Makes the bike much easier to pedal.

    I was after crank…

    -and desperate to score a powerful product I found this guy geared-up ready to provide my fix. Wow I Got a great deal. Satisfied with the crank I was just spinning my wheels all night long til I finally crashed.

    Not steel as stated but actually aluminum…I guess that is ok because maybe I don’t jump high enough or land hard enough to need steel at this time…still not what I was said to be getting but it is less weight and I have not broke it yet…so ok I guess….
