The 12‑speed 10–52t range delivers a generous 520% gear spread, with the low‑end steps reworked using 38t and 44t cogs ahead of the 52t to make climbing transitions feel more natural compared to previous 10–52t Eagle cassettes. The cassette is built around a 55 mm chainline, reducing chain angle across the block to improve wear and shifting accuracy on modern Transmission‑ready frames. SRAM’s MINI CLUSTER hybrid construction combines a one‑piece, CNC‑machined steel mini‑cluster for the largest four sprockets with a pinned Pindome design for the eight smaller sprockets, striking a balance between weight, durability and cost.
